City of Bainbridge adopts youth curfew
BAINBRIDGE, GA (WALB) - In two months, kids in Bainbridge who go out in public while school is in session, or loiter late at night, might find themselves talking with a police officer.
"The best crime prevention program out there is education and the only way to get kids educated is to make sure they're in school," said Bainbridge Public Safety Director Eric Miller.
With help from Bainbridge Public Safety, The City Council unanimously approved two curfews for kids under age 18.
